Reliability was the key factor stopping more business fliers choosing easyJet. So, we created a campaign that challenged the misconception that easyJet planes were always late.
Off the back of our work easyJet saw a 25% increase in seat sales, improved revenue per seat by 5.9%, and business travel become one of the biggest success stories for easyJet; just under a fifth of their passengers are now people who are travelling for business.
